  Came to pick up a card a waited for 1 hour. The employees need training in customer service, slow and not helpful at all.

  On line it said that the bank is open but in this big New York City snow storm that i left the house for it was closed and This was an emergency and I am very dissapointed

  Staff don't want to work at all! They can talk to each other but not to you! I was waiting for 40 minutes and then decided to leave this brunch! And the result, minus 40 minutes of my life and nothing to my bank account!

  WORST TD BANK Ive ever used. Ive been a loyal customer for 12years and today was probably the worst experience. All i needed to do was a simple currency exchange and They had me waiting aimlessly for a customer rep. When i asked a customer rep to do the exchange for me he kept pushing it off to other people and back and forth. TD please dont say you can give certain services if the people at the banks arent smart enough to do simple tasks. Get you customer service together TD
