  THEY HAVE TWO PEOPLE WORKING AT THE COUNTER THAT ARE GOING REALLY SLOW AND I WAS STANDING ON THE LINE FOR 50 MINUETS. THEY DIDNT APOLOGIES. ALL I WANTED TO DO IS EXCHANGE MY CANADIAN MONEY. THE CLERK HAD A VERY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. CHASE BANK WOULD HAVE DONE THIS QUICK AND NOT HAVE ATTITUDE.

  Waited 1 hour to to be seen. The bank rep did apologize but waiting 1 hour to obtain a debit card? Chase did it in less than 10 minutes. Why are there only 2 bank reps whereas Chase has people waiting for you at the door and question if there is anything they can do for you? I am disappointed with this experience. I will give them 1 more experience. If they fail, simple: I will remove my money from this bank.

  Excellent customer service however in busy hours the line gets long that's why giving it a 4 start otherwise always very friendly and helpful!
