  Do yourself a favor and don't waste your precious time coming to this location, go to the TD branch in Greenwich where you will get prompt and knowledgeable service. The only positive about this location, is the ample parking next to the bank.

  Disgusted with the level of service from this TD Bank branch. I was literally told that the "banker" would not wait anymore to get in touch with the Customer Support Center after I was specifically instructed to go to a branch . There was not a single other customer in the store. There is no excuse for them to practically shoo me out of the building and refuse to help.

  Be careful Opening an account with this bank. They will hold your money and it will not be available. If you are looking for an account that works for you, I suggest Chime. I deposited a check on the 12th from my payroll and they are telling me that my money will not be available until the 23rd. Like I just worked for my money and I cannot even use it. 😡 Absolutely absurd! Now I would like to know why the attendant at the desk didn’t tell me that I was on a 30 day probation when I opened this account, I would have never opened it. They act like I’m depositing some random check in there, no I’m depositing a company check. If you want your money don’t open an account at TD🤦🏽‍♀️

  Worst bank branch I have been! The banker had really bad attitude towards their customers. I was trying to open an account online but it showed they couldn't verify my information. So I went to this branch and looked for someone could help me. The banker said: "it's your online application and it can't verify your information. What do you want me to do?" I asked him if he can help me to get the online system verify my information, but he said:"I can't. I can open account here but I can't do anything else for you." That was ridiculous. If you have such attitude to the customers, you can get fired.
