  VERY slow with customers , you would think they moved fast in an area with so much traffic.

  The worst. Extremely slow. Made my replacement card and gave me my old card when was time to go.

  The worst bank on Fordham Road and Grand Concourse. 1/2 hour on a line of 5 people and 1 teller to make a simple deposit. Mind you there were other employees walking about. The teller although nice waste time addressing issues that could have been dealt with at customer service. But this is not the worst. It gets even worse the through out the day and the 1st of the month. I dread going to this bank and try to avoid at all cost.

  Horrible service at this bank waited almost 2 hours just to open a joint account and we did not get to do anything. The most convenient bank that's a lie. They are not organized at all.

  The layout of this bank is odd. The line is beside the table where the slips are. Most all TD banks have a layout that has the line to wait,straight and looking towards the tellers. This one is like a line you'd see at Duane Reade: curved. I must have waited 30 min. The tellers are friendly but veeeeeeery slow. And it looked like one of the security personnel was a teller too. Bit odd. I'm glad this bank opened in Fordham cause its closer,but the other branch after White Castle is much faster. Hope the new place fixes the time of wait.
