  The line was still pretty long based on the location. But the workers were being very helpful. At least I can tell they were trying their best to help the customers. Unfortunately, the procedure of calling "TD phone service" was another story. Which the wait time could last for a fortune.

  Terrible , staff is not even aware about their product. other brach in flushing is better than main street.

  TD Bank customer service is horrible. Especially, the employee Rainie. She is so rude to customer. Customer may not understand some words, but as a banker they need to educate customer at least respect customer. Rainie is one of the worst banker I've had in my life. She was yelling to customer with angry face. I though TD Bank is most convinient bank in flushing, but this experience totally changed my mind. I cannot have a good day with this kind of service. Now I'm thinking to cancel my account. Horrible service Rainie!!!

  I have an account at this TD branch and I needed something notarized. I heard about TD bank providing free notary services for customers and non-customers, so I decided why not get my document notarized here. Big mistake. The notary public on staff at this branch has the worst attitude I've ever experienced. As soon as I sat down she acted like she wanted nothing to do with me and that I was wasting her time. She said that they don't photocopy, refused to notarize one of my documents and was not willing to listen to anything I had to say. If this branch would have told me to get lost as soon as I asked for a notary I would have been happy. But I had to wait 45 minutes to deal with one of the rudest people I've ever met. I had to go to the UPS store afterwards to get my documents notarized and the people there were so helpful and nice. I'm definitely closing my account and moving all my assets to another bank that doesn't treat their customers like piles of dirt. Thanks for nothing TD bank.

  The line is always super long and there are no pens at all in the pen holders. One of the female tellers has the worst attitude I have ever seen. No smile, no hello, and no thank you, every time. Other branches always have better services. If you are not in rush and wanna save some time you can always try to go other branches. Coming to this place is a waste of time.
