  I have never been into a bank with no customer service sense like today. I went to see a banker to open my account, he never introduce himself, never talk about the product he was basically doing it because I wanted to, never talk to me to build that banker connection, he was basically all the time talking and in an un appropriate manner with his co worker, he just rush to open it, never asked for my information like email to put into the system, at the end I asked him a copy of the disclosures and paperwork he did and never gave it to me because according to him they are not supposed to give copies. No reason to call him by his name he never told me and neither a name tag visible, at the end I asked his name he told me JORGE, I request to talk to a manager or supervisor he told me he was the assistant manager and he was in charge of the branch today.... it is incredible and poor customer service, the actitud, the personal apparience he was not giving bussines actitude, it doesn’t worth it. Basically I was waiting in the lobby for almost one hour for this? This branch doesn’t worth it. Unbelievable this customer service and the “manager” that is supposed to be the example to follow and the one to take cRe the most of the customer and build relationships with customer and he DID NOT have that to me neither the other customer waiting there.

  2 hrs to see a person about them overcharging me on an account, while the two tellers do nothing. I am moving to Chase!

  yes TD Bank is conveniently located on Southwest 12th Avenue and 8th Street how's the drive thru also has ATM which is open and conveniently located inside the bank so any transaction is weatherproof the staff is also quite friendly and eager to assist current and Future guests or customers

  A bunch of numb skulls who lack the ability to think critically. Will go to any other TD branch instead of this one.

  HORRIBLEEEEEEEEE SERVICE! The tellers don't know how to greet people. They don't have control on who's next. They all have an attitude at all times.! what a shame that since they opened they have horrible customer service!!!! now i have to go further from my home to get better service.! never going there! not even they're atm work properly.
