  Very slow customer service needs more staff. It looks like the staffs have a lot of time to waste because when the finish with one customer they have to take a break instead of moving to the other customer horrible customer service. Worst bank ever. Capital one and chase back are the best very fast customer service and friendly staffs.

  Very slow, even on mornings that aren't even busy!! TD is great everywhere else, but the one on Libetry Avenue has the worst customer service. I'm not sure if they are lacking bank tellers or what, but I've literally been waiting on the line for 15 mins with 1 person in front of me (6 in back) with 2 bank tellers. This makes no sense. Fast and convenient my a$$.

  All I have to say is that this is the worst td bank branch ever. Customer service sucks. Employees have attitude and don’t seem to be very helpful. Wait is the worst. Switched to chase instead. Stay away from this branch. I’m just sad that I could give it 0 rating they don’t even deserve 1 star.
