  Excellent service ! I opened an account here about 2 years ago and their service hasn’t changed . Very accommodating staff .

  Never more come to this location bank. Very very terrible customer service. A waited 30 min but cashier didn’t hurry to service the people. 1 star it’s too much for them.

  Americas most inconvenient bank! The manager is NEVER there, the assistant manager has long lines of people also complaining. The lines are too long, there are never enough tellers and the new set-up for lines is confusing; with the new lines people cut in front of you. The only bright spot about going to this branch is some of the tellers who are friendly and personable - like teller Daniel. Found out most of the others have left to go to other branches.
