  If you have to come to this location. Make sure u have extra an hour or two. service is very slow. No respect for customers. It’s my last day. Closing my account. Sick and tired of them.

  i came in to the branch to replace my card, since i lost it the day before. ive done this twice already, the first time i was only to answer my security questions, and it was no problem. Today 2.11.18 the lady asked for my iD which i did not have, i had told her that i had done it before without my iD. she refused to continue the process. Then she gave me an attitude and raised her voice at me. telling me to call the TD customer service number. i was in no mood to fight and argue with her so i left. I was forced to call TD instead. which i did not want to do, because i needed my debit card that same day !
