  My account had been hacked and I came in to reset all of my account information. I had the pleasure of working with Spyros Callas who was very patient and helpful.

  I have always been treated well when I visit and request assistance from this local branch to me. The representatives have bee courteous, professional and even friendly. Service has been prompt as well. Staff work as a team in assisting customers.

  I was trying to get my debit card and they did not care about me. I went to the front desk and they told me to wait. So I did, for an hour. They did nothing to help me while I waited. Poor customer service and this perticular TD was not staffed with nice people. The lady who "greeted" me was not nice and did not care about me.
