::I went in one time to get a notary signed. The teller went to go speak to a manager and came back to say that she's sorry but the manager just left. As she was saying that the manager was literally walking out of the office with her purse in hand....she couldn't have signed the notary before? Otherwise, OK experience here overall.

::Worst bank ever. Worst customer service ever! Do you not use this bank. Even if it might be convenient to use at Cub foods and other ATMs, it's not worth it. They do not care about the customer at all.
