  Brought my computer to them over the summer as I always do when I have a problem because I thought they were reliable. I brought it this time because it wouldn't turn on. They plugged it in looked at it for a minute and told me it was not fixable I would have to buy a new one and they would give me a good deal (wasn't actually a deal at all when I looked up the computer later. same price as other places). They were able to back up most of my information. They told me to leave the old computer there because "you don't need it it's useless we'll recycle it for you." Now, five months later I get a message from a very nice computer repair man in North Carolina who tells me that his customer bought my hard drive on the Internet and brought it to him to install. When checking for files, the entire processing system with all of my files and information was there. They never wiped the information and sold the parts! I had so much personal information on there. Thankfully this really nice man wiped it clean for me before giving it back to his customer and took the time to find me on Facebook to let me know. Needless to say TBS will no longer be getting my family's business. They either don't know how to wipe files which I highly doubt or are careless and just looking to make a profit at the expense of others. Very disappointed
