  I was referred to here by family and i decided to give them a shot. From the start i was treated like i was a bother to them. Trying to get in Contact with them is horrendous as well. I mean i get but to be very short with me on the phone is absolutely unacceptable. Long Story short they basically told me that they could not help me. I went and called the IRS myself and figured out the form i needed on my own. I have ZERO clue if i did it right but all that hassle just to basically tell me to go screw myself in the end to where i payed 50 dollars to overnight this form to washington DC ! I have been in retail for years this place is business is APALLING ! they have enough customers so go somewhere else they don’t care !

  They are very nasty. The customer service sucks. I guess they get so many clients they don't feel they have to show good customer service. Well you just lost 3 clients. There is other fish in the sea.
