::Update: how many times does my order have to get screwed up? I do not have time to go back to the store I must eat now because my meds are tearing up my stomach. The least you could do is get my order right! OrderID AAANSGWR8ECS. None of my instructions were followed. Not perfect but preferred. I always order without the extra salt and the sandwiches come out perfectly... So far

::Several years ago a man from Philly drove down to DC and started a little sandwich shop on H Street NE. With him, came good bread from the north. Today over a dozen locations of Taylor exist throughout the DC Metro area. Taylor is probably the best sandwich shop in the city. It's fast casual so the environment is more casual with plenty of tables inside and usually outside as well. Their menu is a balance of permanent sandwiches and seasonal ones. Vegetarian, pork, turkey, chicken (breaded or grilled). Cold, hot...they have every type of sandwich and even have salads for those giving up bread. I recommended any of the breaded chicken cutlet sandwiches. It's $12 for a large and it is certainly LARGE. I usually can only it 3/4 of a large sandwich for lunch. They have a variety of drinks from water to artisan soda to local DC iced tea. Welcome to downtown DC, Taylor!
