  If I could give a negtive star review, I would. They are complete SCAM artists! To this day, we haven't received any copies of all of our tax forms as required by the IRS, the preparing fee is absolutely ridiculous over $900, they "sell/trade" childrens' socials for $1500, claim that your taxes get refunded to an "IRS Bank" but in reality it's a 3rd party bank that they hire, called Refundo- with or without authorization. They will submit all documenation without consent, or signatures. When they don't like what they hear, in particular the agent C.H., she will start cursing you out & give you the run around. That's ok, I'll obtain tax forms directly from the IRS, & I hope and pray FOR THEM they match what they claim was submitted. Yes, a formal complaint with the IRS directly will be filed. Save yourself the head ache- go to a professional! Regret having gone here so much!!!
