  My family used TaxHub for our 2016 and 2017 tax returns and they performed great! Uploading our normal tax documents to their website was very easy and we were even able to just text them a picture of one of the documents we forgot to upload the first time. Despite being within 2-3 weeks of the tax filing deadline, they quickly processed our return and sent us back a draft copy to look over within 7 days. I strongly recommend their services to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of doing their own taxes and doesn’t want to pay too much. Thanks for your help TaxHub.

  I highly recommend TaxHub! They are easy to use, professional, responsive, and a great value. They are willing to spend time researching somewhat obscure tax questions (especially important for military members) and remained friendly and courteous throughout. What else could you want from your future tax preparation professional? TaxHub prepared my taxes for the past two years, and I’ve been continually impressed by their timely follow-up to emails or phone calls, their great customer service, and the value of their service. Their process couldn't be easier. You simply upload documents, schedule a phone call, and ask and/or answer questions on the phone. A few days later you electronically sign your tax return, and in some cases have a return in your bank account within weeks. I'm in the military and sometimes that creates difficult tax consequences (like being a resident of one state but living in another or receiving non-taxable income), but the guys at TaxHub figured it all out and remained professionally friendly throughout the process. They even answered tax questions for me for relating to the potential future sale of my home. I highly recommend TaxHub’s services because they are a great value but most of all because using them allows me to do the things at home that I want to do.

  Excellent service, I have complicated tax arrangements and Taxhub were able to provide more informed advice and service then big 4 accounting companies that charge 10x the price. Would recommend to everyone.

  I'm impressed about how user-friendly our experience was with getting our taxes prepared and e-filed. Easy to upload the documents (it's nice that they have a secure website. With other accountants in the past we've had to send encrypted documents via email - which is not that convenient). The accountants are very responsive and easy to get a hold of. They come across very knowledgeable and experienced. This is the 2nd year we're using this service.

  I used Tax Hub for both my 2016 & 2017 Tax Return Submission and it was an absolute A+ Experience ! As a Business Traveller that spends over 200 days per year outside of my home or office , it can be extremely challenging to take care of even simple tasks such as filing my Yearly Tax Returns . Tax Hub gave me the opportunity of simply taking a picture through my phone of my W2s , Driver License and DONE . In a split second I had sent all of my key info for the filing to an expert CPA that took care of everything else for me . All communications or questions from both sides were answered instantaneously via the application and a couple of days after my e-filing was complete . Received my refund electronically on my account a few days after that . All of this simplicity and efficacy at a much smaller cost then what the usual guys in tax office would charge .
