  This office has some changes that can take place. If a customer calls several times for a tax preparer between work hours. I left a message with my number. No one every took the time to call meback. If you can't return a phone call that concerns me in reference to my taxes. FROM EXPERIENCE THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST CROOKEST PLACE OF BUSINESS. THEY FEEL THEY ARE RIGHT WHEN THEY ARE WRONG. TAX Pro needs to know that what they are doing by ripping innocent people out of there money will cause them a fortune later...They may feel they are getting by. But God sits high and looks low...After filing with this company they took over half of my refund. They refused to answer or return my call. They entered my information incorrectly not to mention it,was done by my last check stub while I was hospitalized. I had to have another company to do my amendment after Me. Margaret Johnson told me she,was gonna look into my case. I never received a call back. EVERY TIME I CALLED HER SHE AVOIDED ME. I got tired of the games. I said God said vengeance belongs to him. And Tax Pro will get what's coming in time. But by all means please if you can find you a different tax preparer...

  DO NOT GO TO THIS TAX OFFICE. ENOUGH SAID!!!!!!
