  Receptionist was very rude over the phone and could not explain an issue properly. Requested to speak with Shawn about the issue and was never able to speak with him after trying multiple attempts throughout the week. Had to handle the issue on my own. DID NOT FEEL THEY VALUED ME AS A CUSTOMER.
