  Literally the worst customer service. Worst organization. Worst technology. Worst entity of any sort that I've ever dealt with. Nobody knows what is going on and everyone has a different answer which is wrong 90% of the time. I've been working with them for over 10 years to pay taxes and every single time is a nightmare. They turn a process that should take 1 hour into a week long project because of their incompetence and lack of organization. Their new TNTAP system is an awful downgrade from their already awful system that was in place.
