::Very plush, i must say for a moment i felt like i was on a cruise ship. Awesome staff and tasty food. The drinks where made to perfection in my taste and the local sceen is above all one of the top higher societies of san diego. I love to see our folks coming from the navy base giving themselves some gratitude. The Tavern is exquisite! Cant wait to go back and do it again soon!! :)

::Really awesome experience...a new favorite for our family. My husband and I were looking for a dog-friendly place for lunch and Tavern was perfect. We enjoyed the burrata and tomato starters, halibut tacos, mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Our server Katrina was so attentive and sweet towards our dogs. A few hours later we actually returned with several other family members and had more drinks, because we had such a good time earlier. This time Lucas was our server who was equally knowledgeable and attentive. He also took great care of our dogs by bringing them each a slice of bacon. What a treat for them! We'd absolutely return to this place next time we're in town.

::Just stopped in for happy hour drinks and apps but would love to come back for dinner. Decor is very trendy and cozy. We mentioned to our server that we were on a timeline due to the ferry schedule and he made sure to serve us and give us our check very promptly. The happy hour deals were good especially considering some surrounding alternatives being sky high ! We got the mac and cheese and my mouth is watering thinking about it now.... Service, ambience, drinks, food were all excellent! And there is some outdoor seating

::Nice restaurant bar. The service is a little slow but that's not a big deal. The food was really good. If you are in the area I would recommend this place it is in the lower level of the building so you get to people watch while you are enjoying your meal. Juan was our server and he was very pleasant
