  Terrible experience. Group of 10 of us went into enjoy a few bottles of wine and dessert. Told by hostess it was open seating. Received our wine lists and dessert menus. 10 minutes later waitress approaches us to say that they needed us out of our seat in 25 minutes as someone else had reserved the seats. All 10 of us stood left and took our business to the Eagles Nest across the street. Poor customer service / respect at Tastings.

  Horrific service and lack of any idea of how to run a business. Will return to Indy 500 next year and unless they change and learn customer service they will not be around...hopeful so as to make room in their prime space for a worthy business.

  Low class. Went for wine and desserts. Told open seating ... when the finally got ready for the order ... told we have 40 mins. This was not a White Castle event ... just poor management and inability to support a race weekend. We when went across the street ... get great service. Go elsewhere and save a disappointment.

  It's an amazing place to try wines. Located right in the heart of indy downtown. The ambiance is very tranquilizing, elegant and very spacious too. They have good desserts. They have French press coffee, it's quite bitter in taste but if you like bitter coffee, you will love it.

  The atmosphere is very relaxing and I really liked the concept. I tried about 6 different wines while there and found the system easy to use. I really like that people can go at their own pace and the couches were clean feeling and comfortable. The only reason it lost a star was for service. Our server started out amazing and funny, but then sort of disappeared. We never got water refills and it took us a really long time to cash out partly because we had to bother some other server to help us. I'd definitely go back, though, because the cool concept outweighed the service issues.
