::Ordered 2 Philly' s. Was told 15 minutes. Was there in about 12 minutes. As I walked in I notice 1 or 2 employees sitting out front eating and smoking. Walked in and no one was in line. Stood at the counter for about 10-15 minutes before the cook (the only one working.) Came out and finally helped cash me out. So food was nice and cold. Not exactly my idea of great quality of food or service

::I used to order take out and delivery here all the time because the cheese steaks are really good. But the service keeps getting worse and worse. If you hire a teenager and it's their first job, at least train them on the basics like not mumbling and basic communication, especially when resolving a customer issue. And maybe try to have your crew look somewhat groomed and professional. Some very simple uniform standards wouldn't hurt. Plus, the whole place is filthy. The prices aren't even that good! It reminds me of how expensive, yet crappy most KFCs have become. My last experience was with a mumbling teenager handing my order to the wrong guy (even though they get your name with the order! Are you ****ing kidding me?!) I'm never going back, unless they get new management who will run the place at least halfway decent. I feel sorry for the couple of good employees there, they look like they're working in a hell hole dead-end job and they're probably horribly underpaid.

::This place use to be great when they first opened. They need new management. The place has become so dirty. The last time we tried to give them another chance, we walked in and the kitchen floor was covered with meat and all kinds of nasty stuff. The staff was rude to the person ordering before us. We walked out never to return again. This place has gone downhill.

::Not what I was expecting given my previous encounters with other Taste of Philly locations. Bread was hard/stale and they didn't add any napkins to my Togo order (I didn't ask, but didn't think I needed to). The inventory storage area is right up against the dining area and a bit of an eye sore, and what's more worrisome is I saw a 12 pack of soda with a sticker saying "Use First" UNDERNEATH another 12 pack of the same brand. Makes me wonder what other products are dancing on the expiration date line. Staff was slow to react to my walking in, and my order took longer than expected. I'm not sure what their delivery orders looked like, but I was alone in the lobby when I walked in. I don't I'll return to this location.

::This place will ruin getting cheese steak sandwiches from anywhere else. They are that good. Been going every couple of weeks or so for over 10 years now.
