  The employees here act like they hate their life or job every time I come here they have horrible customer service. If you come here for employment testing, on your own account, or forced by law they treat you like your a nuisance. I hate coming here for the simple fact of the employees attitudes.

  If I could give this location 0 stars I would!!! The staff at this location are very and disrespectful they talk about the clients coming in to test. They have no idea why a person is there, it could be for the courts or a job, the just assume the courts have sent them. The new girl at this location has no business working with the public.

  When they did my hair follicle test they used the same shears, clips, comb as they do on everyone. No sanitizer. So definitely not an accurate test. I had it redone in a clean facility and guess what.... Totally different results. Shame on you people your messing with PEOPLES LIVES. GOD FORGIVE YOU
