  When trying to urinate a curtain Staff member will talk and make it hard for you to urinate and when your time is up and you haven't gone he snakes you wait 30 min. to try again.

  Having had the obligatory need to make use of their services regularly for a period of time, I can at least be glad that anytime I've been in, the wait time is very short, and the staff have always been professional and polite to me. Not sure who commented about people watching them use the facilities, but I've never experienced that. Their phone app for checking in works great--much quicker than a daily phone call. I think these folks deserve a thumbs up.
