  Wow... I have called a million times and not a single person picked up. Worst part everyone gives you the round around. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

  The worst customer service. I called on 12-18-17 and was directed to the registration office, which I had asked the lady on the phone for the fax number of the department that handles proof of insurance and driving records. She then proceeded to argue with me and tell me this was the wrong department.. I had told her that, that is why I am asking you to direct me to the correct department and she says ok and hung up. Not helpful at all... Absolutely ridiculous how human beings treat other human beings just needing help..

  Says its open when they are actually closed for holidays, which on their schedule says for another day the holiday not today. Upsetting asked for the day at work
