  Some of the worker there are nice some of them there like this lady in the front desk Delilah she is rude and agues with the tenets she is there to work with people the goverment pays them to help people in communities in need and some of them arent there to help but ague with them if they dont like there job helping the people in need they shouldnt be working there why does the goverment give people money that dont like to actually work on helping people but ague with them some people need help and ask for it why do they have a houseing organization that isnt willing to help people but themselves when the tenet is beening reasonable and the worker is beening rude without a reason isnt right there are excuses like doctors excuses or transportation problems these are people in need when they ask there are reasons they shouldnt have to ague when asking for help shouldnt be judged about that and shouldnt be disrespected if the tenant isnt disrespectful to the worker but worked with the goverment pays these people why some of them dont work but are there to ague with them

  Don't know how this helps people. 2-3 year waiting list for rental assistance? Might as well close the doors...

  Sometimes you just can't read these reviews.everybody situation not the same.peoples get angry and post anything.please always find out for your self.however if I was to go off reviews this would be bad,but I have my own mind.the place is beautiful.ijs my thought.keep up the good work.You have to give respect in order to receive respect.im looking forward to moving here soon to start a peaceful living.sign off chi town.

  Poor rude costumer serves Front desk Not worth to work in is kind office hop she get fire so i dont have to deal with this trash people :(
