  Our regular maintenance visit today was a pleasure as usual and Chris N. was a joy to have in our home! He was very efficient and gave special attention to check the heater thoroughly to be sure we would continue to enjoy a warm and worry-free winter. Tarpy installed our HVAC almost 9 years ago and we have never had any problems thanks to the excellent maintenance program and great technicians. Thanks so much!

  Tom arrived right on time to check out my furnace, and found it to be OK. He's very friendly, courteous, thorough and professional. I will definitely call them with any needs in the future.

  Our central AC/furnace is only about 3 years old but it has already been a very warm summer and we have been running it a lot so were looking to get a tune up just to make sure everything was working good and for preventative maintenance. Tarpy was running a great deal for that service through Angie's List and so wen t for it. Chris Northup was our technician and he was awesome = punctual, thorough and very professional and pleasant. He went through the system and took his time and made sure everything was in tiptop shape. He explained what he was doing and was super easy to deal with while I was trying to tend to our 18 month old. Great technician experience made an already good bargain find even better so I will be back to use these guys again. Thanks, Chris and Tarpy.

  Absolutely fantastic service. Paul responded to my inquiry right away with a phone call and we were able to set up a consultation appointment. At the consultation appointment Paul was personable and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently (new home owner so had lots of newbie questions). On the day on installation, Josh and Ryan were amazing. Efficient, extremely nice, and again, answered all our questions patiently. Left our place cleaner than it was prior to the installation of our central AC. Would/will definitely hire again and recommend very highly.

  I saw an introductory offer for a heater tune up on Angie'sList, and I have two homes that have not had regular maintenance done for awhile. Chris came to do the service and gave us great service. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to troubleshoot the commercial grade thermostat that was installed. He was very personable, and left the site clean and tidy. Looking forward to my next service.
