::Cashier asked me to empty my hand basket!! It's the first time in my adult life I run into someone saying that to me! If she had a good reason... that would have been fine. Her excuse was, "It's too hard to get stuff out of the basket. " IT'S A HAND BASKET! If cashiers are permitted to be this lazy/treat their customers this way, I'm not going back. And you bet I'm telling folks about this!
