::Last Sunday I ordered a table in the Huntington store for pick up in the Commack store. When we arrived at the customer pick up the kids there stated that I would need to wait 2 hours from the time of ordering the item. They didn't check to see if the item was there for me to pick just gave me a kind to bad so sad kind attitude. By the way I could see the table was already there for pick up. I showed them my text on the phone stating it was ready. then they all proceeded to go in the back to look for it. I yelled hello it's right there on the side. very bad customer service happy this is not my normal Target store. Sorry Commack customers this store is all yours. Maybe you are used to that kind of service. You should try other stores.

::We only go here because it is the most conveniently located, but this Target never seems to have anything in stock. Went there for aspirin, couldn’t find any and it is not the first time stuff is not on the shelf. I suspect the management here is somewhat lacking. There are a few other Targets in the area. Go to those instead.

::We were in and out quickly, I used the scan it yourself line, which can be quite frustrating in certain stores but Target seems to have there IT systems in check because I've never had issues scanning my items at any of there stores. I did take notice it was a busy day for them, the cashier's were getting customers out quickly so that was a huge plus. Which is great when you're in a rush.. Isles were organized and clean. We were able to find what we needed quickly with the help of an associate.. I also took notice there were a decent amount of floor associates working, so you dont have to look too hard for help.. I would recommend this location.

::Unfortunately, this particular visit only gets ONE star from me because of the fact that the website listed the in-store availability of items incorrectly, and made for a huge inconvenience for me. I needed one thing, and made sure to check the website first. It was "in stock"- 8 avail. , and other similar items- 16, and 5, and ... . That made me confident in taking the trip there since, eitherway, I'd leave with what I needed.To have the convenience of a website letting your guests check to see if something is there or not before they arrive just for it to be so far off in what's actually there, makes it a useless feature. It's also extremely aggravating when you're crunched for time.

::I had brought in a coupon for $20 gift card for a purchase of $75 of baby items. I was very careful to be sure the amount purchased equaled $75. I watch my grandkids and am always in need of diapers, formula, etc. When I get to the register, the coupon didn't work. They tried to explain that the lotions (bought in the baby section with a sign labelling them as part of the offer) did not count. The manager came to the register, looked at the aisle and was able to credit $20 to my account. I was very pleased with the prompt customer service, but Target in general loses one star for the deceiving nature of the coupon offer.
