  I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so tired of coming to this location and the employees seem so miserable and give terrible service. At this location you almost never get a “hi, can i help you find anything?” I spend money regularly at Target but not at this location for that reason. Today 03/19/18 i went to return two shirts and the cashier at customer service was SO RUDE! I waited for about 5 mins and an older couple were having issues swiping their card, instead of the cashier helping or just being nice. She’s sitting there rolling her eyes and sighing. Then when I go up she doesn’t even speak, and i hand her my receipt and photo ID. And she just puts my ID back on the counter without a word. And i asked “you don’t need it ma’am?” She responds “nope you have a receipt”. Gives me my money and then on to the next. Are you serious? I wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t every time the employees had this attitude. It definitely starts from above (management) you guys set the bar. 03/19/18 will be the last time i step foot at the Lake Worth location which happens to be the closest to my home. Cashier was named Riley by the way 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

  If I could give this store 0 starts I totally would! I went into this target to buy diapers that I needed I went the to the check out lane to pay for them I wanted to use a coupon that I got from them and was told that I couldn’t use it the cashier then advised me that I could go to customer service and that they could help me there. I went to customer service and the lady that was there couldn’t figure it out so she had called a manager, the manager then came back and straight out told me that I could not use the coupon that I had received from them. I then told if I could have my coupon back so I could go to another target and try it and the manager there told me that if I went back later tonight or tomorrow that he would be there and I would not be able to use the coupon either. The manager was so rude! I will never spend a dime at this target ever again!!!! Btw I had to go to another target same day and they put the coupon in for me with out any hassle just a waste of time coming to the store!!

  I walked in excited to get some popcorn since I've had a craving for a while. I haven't been able to make it in time before they closed the cafe down. Today was the day! I walked in and saw the light on and no sign at the register. As I stood there waiting for somebody to come help i just kept smelling the yummy popcorn. Well... When a young lady finally decided to come, I guess I was being a bother because she rolled her eyes? No hello, how can I help you, what do you want, nothing. I walk up and ask for a "take home popcorn" and she tells me " all I have is small right now" while messing with I'm assuming some kind of heating machine. So since she said "right now" I'm again, assuming she will have some later. So I ask, will you have some later? She points to the small bags and says I only have the small I'm about to close. In a way that I felt crazy for asking and being a bother to this lady. I just feel she could have handled herself a little better. No customer service at all. If I'm annoying you for wanting to buy something you are paid to sale, I apologise.
