  Horrible customer service! DON'T SHOP HERE! Unless you don't mind to be treated badly! Rude costumer service. Had to wait a looooong time for assistance. Associates didn't treat you as customers. Instead they will look at you as " annoying human beings". Clearly understaffed. Security persons just said: " Oh, we can't assist you. You just need to be patient". Really, Target? We love shopping at your stores. This is actually our first bad experience. Care to improve this particular store?

  Terrible use of the small space. Rather than carrying products that are less widely available in Center City (home and kitchen goods, video games, books, etc.), over half of this store is stocked with pharmacy/beauty products and grocery. Even more ridiculous, further space is wasted by a Starbucks in the store. There is a small selection of clothing, but no fitting room.

  Smallest Target I’ve ever been to but it had everything we needed for the week! Very clean and organized store and the staff was so helpful.

  It's an upgrade from 7 eleven. Almost always out of stuff from plastic cutlery to decent birthday gift bags. I think its primary function is a pick up center for online orders. The downtown city targets in Chicago and Seattle and SF are far more legit than either Philly downtown target.

  Very clean floors,restroom.shelves which were well stocked and organized. Staff were friendly and p0lite. Please install a price checker because there's no list on the cold beverage door,and two shelves. Or have prices displayed on all merchandise. Let's end on happy note 4☆☆☆☆ 5 when prices are visible.
