  This taco truck keeps everything very clean and organized. You order at the window and they will hand you a plate and containers to fill up at the salsa bar. You can hand back the plate to them so they can wrap it up for you and put it with your food. The cabeza tacos are probably their best item on the menu. Super tender and great flavor. They only take cash so be prepared. They are right next to a gas station where you can easily get cash back or use the atm. The prices did go up from some of the menu pictures that were shown here on yelp. I am adding the most updated menu with my review. Enjoy!

  I work close by so I go often. Never been disappointed and the prices are low.

  The name doesn't lie, took a look inside it easily has to be in the top 3 cleanest Taco Trucks in town no oily Pans nor messy walls and tables!

  As for the name, some of the time they are fast. 100% of the time it is full of flavor. I havent tried the whole menu but the usual favorites are better than most sit down restaurants. I love to visit many taco trucks and taquerias, but the salsa bar + full flavor menu makes this my favorite. Nothing is bland here, not even the service.
