  I had ordered 5 tons (yards) of top soil from Dave to be delivered to my home. I was told by Dave the delivery charge would be $80.00 and would be delivered that afternoon. Two hours later before I get to work he calls back and reschedule's the delivery for the next day for some unknown reason, fine no problem, the contractor will be there one more day. At the end of my shift there's a phone message from Karen Tantillo informing me that because I live so far away ( just on the other side of the mountain)that the delivery charge is doubled. Talk about bait and switch, nowhere in their website is that information, and needless to say I cancelled the delivery because she wouldn't honor the original quote her employee gave me. So buyer beware, and yes Karen you do need a little advice when it comes to customer service. Don Arnott Sr.
