  On September.3. 2017 my water heater stopped working. I called Taco to send a technician. He came in next day and replaced a burner nozzle and charged my father, since I was at work 204$. After there days the water heater stopped working again. They were not able or didn't want to send the same technician for the day that I called, as a rtesult a family of four with two small kids had to wait almost 2 days for service. He was very inexperienced and even though I told him to entertain other possibilities that cause the brake down, he still replaced burner nozzle and charged $116. He leaves house and 5 min later water heater stops working again. I called Taco and they sent him back. He restarted the heater, but it stopped working next day. After having intermittent hot water for almost 2 weeks I decided to try to fix it myself. Thank you YouTube for you informative videos and guys at my local plumbing supply. With your help. it has been 3 weeks and no problems. Taco is dishonest and unprofessional company. They installed used nozzle and claimed that it is new. I called Taco to request a refund but they decided to ignore me. They a nothing more but a bunch of crooks. They install used parts and take cash only. This is last time I will pay cash to any company. I cant dispute charge and the only option is to take this matter to a small claims court. SEE YOU IN COURT TACO.

  Fantastic job! Not only fixed my appliance issue, but restored my kitchen and removed all parts/garbage. I will certainly have Taco Air in for future projects - what a pleasure!

  Taco was recommended by a friend to fix a 30 year old kitchen light. I was able to schedule an appointment right away and they came over and explained the best way to handle the light fixture. they replaced the fixture quickly and their service was great. JD and Rob were so professional and really helped us out. I would highly recommend them. We will certainly use them again. They are a great find.

  I was having issues with my gas boiler for a year. It was a complicated issue, and I had more than 4 plumbers that ran away from the problem. I called TACO and got all of my questions answered. Rob was mad cool, down to earth, and he made sure I understood everything. He didn't try to upsell me, lie, or cheat me (which I've experienced from other plumbers). He showed up on time for each job, and was very generous with his time and labor. He looked out for me, and more than a month later he still remembers my name and is there for the follow up. I feel comfortable enough to leave the house and let him and his company work in my home unattended and I can know that nothing will be stolen. A1 plumbers. Gas boiler is running awesome now.   My experience with Taco Service was excellent. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain not only everything they were doing to repair my air conditioning, but they took the time to answer all my questions and to explain what I can do to keep my system running at its best and problem free. Special mention to Rob - one of those repairmen you pray answers your call for help. I have recommended Taco to my family and friends and would recommend them highly to anyone for a/c, plumbing, and heating.
