  We had a lot of fun here. The food and service were terrific. If you're looking for a casual place to eat some good food at reasonable prices, then this is place!

  They got busted serving us waters down shots of Crown. The food was good, but would have been better if we would have got what we ordered. I don't think I would return to this location. Other locions are much better.

  This was not a good experience. They get 2 stars because the food was at least good, but service was terrible. There were NOT that many people there for how long it took them to wait on us AND to get us our food. No one who worked there seemed to care about us or understand what good customer service is! 🤦🏼‍♀️

  The service was good. Our waitress was very attentive. The food was bland. I had Chicken fajita tacos and could taste the water in the chicken. The fries had seasoning sprinkled on the outside but it was slightly overdone.

  I am very disappointed in my dinner tonight at this establishment. Two friends and I decided to dine there after a meeting at the GWCC. While we were greeted and seated immediately upon entering, it was probably 10 minutes before a server came to take our orders. After another 10/15 minutes two of us did receive our drinks but it was another 5/10 minutes for the other drink to arrive. After another 45 minutes two of us finally received our meals and the third meal arrived 10 minutes later. It was obvious they were terribly understaffed but unfortunately it wasn't limited to the front of house staff. My chicken wrap was VERY dry and the limited amount of fries I did receive were lukewarm. So apparently they were understaffed at both front and back of house positions. I have been frequenting Taco Mac's since they started in Virginia Highlands and this is the WORST experience I have ever had. I won't be back to this location any time soon.
