  They forgot to give me my change and receipt, which I understood because they were busy and rushing. After I got home and realized I called and spoke with Giselle who asked me what my order was and told me to just come back and they'd give me my change and receipt only to have them tell me that their drawers weren't over and that they did give me my receipt and just walked off like I wasn't standing there. Why would I call and come all the way back up there if I had gotten it?Rather than act a fool I will be submitting a complaint to the corporate office.

  Now this gets too me because I remember when I was dealing with J.D. Smith (Mueller) situation, and they were trying to rob me for $20,000 superfit currency grands world teller receipt. When they put a elementary school white girl hostage in the morning at this taco bell. My master JESUS, JEHOVAH guided me to her and it ended but Same😈🤧

  Unfortunately franchise policies added onto corporate policies prevent this from being a great place. The rules their workers have to follow are rediculous and prevent them from being effective in their positions. And unfortunately at this location, the only person worth going for is Regina. If you check your bag before you leave, maybe you won't have to drive back. Just saying.

  So I go in to get my order and I missing 3 cinnamon twist off my order not that big of a deal… I cannot get it taken off my charges and now I have to drive 20 minutes back to get 3 cinnamon twist... When I talk to Regina in Astor if I can get anything extra because of my troubles she responds with I can only give you a drink… you have failed to give me the proper order multiple times. I'm tired of this Taco Bell they always fail never coming back here again.

  I had a very rude and unprofessional worker attend me by the name of, April. I hope she and whoever is her manager can work on their customer service skills. I highly recommend avoiding this location for the problems it caused me and the the headache surely wasn’t worth it 🙃
