  This place has one speed and that is sloooooooooooooooooooooooow! Just for refrence, I typed a "o" for every minute I waited for my order. It was the only way I could remain calm. If you are counting, yes I waited 24 minutes for my order. You are better off walking across the parking lot to kroger, purchase everything you need to make you tacos, drive home and make them. It would be faster.

  Never had such bad experience with everything being wrong in just one order. Wrong order, incomplete order and order without all ingredientes. Never go to this particular taco bell if you need your food correct and quick. they even gave me a couple sauces rolled in a tortilla in the name of veggie power menu burrito, no beans no pico de gallo as per the description. very disappointed.

  Without a doubt the SLOWEST "fast" food restaurant you'll ever encounter. I've waited 35 minutes for food before while sitting inside, and close to 20-25 minutes in the drive through. When you do get the food it is really lacking when it comes to the amount of meat you'll get on a taco.

  Slowest drive through in America. Once got Busy in the lobby and stopped serving guests leaving them trapped in the drive through lane for almost an hour. Once I got out of the line I went inside to see what had happened and was told the manager forgot to schedule people. I still saw multiple associates come outside for smoke breaks while I was trapped.

  The food is good but could be better. Too skimpy on the meat in their tacos. But the dollar menu is awesome!
