  I can understand when it's busy and you might not make the food properly because you in a rush but I don't see how you can mess the food up and there's no one in the store.

  How long does it take to make 2 tacos and one pizza. There was no drive through and the lobby was empty and some how 20 orders went out before mine. Some drive through order got mixed.

  I went to get dinner tonight at the Carson location, the food was good and hot the service was good until I asked for hot sauce. The girl at the window slam the sauces into m hand that it bent my risk all the way back and hurt my hand so bad that it’s still hurting. I told the girl hey you hurt my hand she said oh sorry ignored me and kept taking the drive thru orders. I’m so glad they have cameras so they can review the cameras and see how bad she slammed the sauces in my hand. This happened today 6ishes in the evening my total paid was 47 dollars and for this treatment I did not deserve. I will file a complaint against the girl running the drive thru today and see what management and their corporate office has to say after they see the camera’s

  The photos speak for itself… as much money as I have spent at this Taco Bell… this is upsetting. The service and food quality has become worse and worse week by week for the last couple months. Just ridiculous and this is disgusting! Beyond upset. Wish this was not my local Taco Bell anymore, but will definitely not be coming back anymore.

  Went today for lunch Nice employees Ordered 2 tacos and side of nachos. Employee said they didn't have regular nachos, but had nacho Supremes 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I had 2 tacos and nacho supreme... went thru drive thru.
