  This place is a joke! With the exception of a very few, the staff needs a thorough lesson in customer service, and how to get their orders right! Once I asked while doing a drive through how much a food item on the menu was, the reply from the girl inside was I quote... "I don't know!" Not a single word after that! You can't make this up! Another time when doing another drive through, I ordered a Strawberry Freeze. According to the girl at the window, they had ran out of them. Parked the car, and walked inside and there was one of the employees serving Strawberry Freezes galore! Not only are their orders a mess, but they also lie! Apart from all this, their fajitas look like they've been assembled by chimps. Deer Park Taco Bell....that bell cracked folks!

  Excellent food and drive thru employees are really courteous. I had a really large order , over $50 and staff still managed to not have me wait longer than 5 minutes. I would go back today!!

  The service is decent for this location so I am giving a higher rating. The food has declined over the years and portions are smaller and prices increase. They use to make a really good taco salad then they changed the ingredients and made portions smaller. It does not taste like it used to. Also the nacho bell grande is not made as well as it used to be. I went out of state and ordered it and it was really good. In NY the portion you get on top of chips is small its like you ordered one taco even though the price is different and its an entirely different item.

  Usually I'm satisfied by the food and it's better than the other Taco Bell down the road, however the girl working the booth always has long painted nails which is a NY 14-1.71 health code violation. Food can get stuck under nails and polish can chip often especially in a labor intensive job. Great comfort food, just the nails always put me off after working food service for 6 years myself

  Several times food was very cold. Several times developed a sore throat. Seems very clean and speedy service.
