  Second slowest drive through on long island. Been in line for 16 min in drive thru. And they still messed up my order. Almost drove away missing 2 hard tacos.

  Today I waited 30 min in the drive thru when I got up to the speaker I waited 10 min for the person to take my order then when I got to the window I waited another 10 min I only got a 5$ box the guy at the window seem to be taking orders at the drive thru and inside and also making the food that had seem to be the hold up but no one said sorry for the wait or anything I was so upset but decided to be a good customer and keep my mouth shut but I was really upset

  Rude. Was practically ignored by the cashier while she talked to het friend. And never been to a taco bell so cheap on the toppings. They didn't fill the cheese cup half way and the crunch wrap was practically just tortilla.

  Welcomed addition to Baldwin. Everything is nice and clean. Service is fast. It's only the 1st week. So everything is fast and efficient so far
