::The drive thru little girl was so rude rite along with the 'MANAGER'. u can surely see that little girl has no home training I guess that's how she talks to her parents... Her name is Cassandra C. This is at the Taco Bell on Beach Street. I feel if they have no type of respect they shouldn't even be behind the counter.... Really they should be cleaning the restrooms.

::Grrrrr... dont know where the lack of communication is at this location, people cant read, hear speak, something... but after almost 20 freaking minutes, they gave me somebody elses order, and then they tried to freaking argue what was clearly printed on my receipt... after waiting another 5 - 10 minutes, i decides to say the heck with it, and walked out. How hard is it to make a " number 6 " anyways? 10 bucks lost, but will never go back there again...

::They have trouble getting people that want to work here. All I have seen here is employees standing around and talking. Even when they have a full dinning room with people waiting and a drive through that wraps around the building the employees would rather talk. What do they care they have your money and if you leave it does not bother them. The last time I went there I was afraid that there was going to be a fight between one of the people and the manager when he was asking for his money back so he can go across the street to What-A-Burger.

::This location shows as an "open late" location, I get out if work late and tried to get to this location before it's close at 2 am. Because, I knew I couldn't make it to the location I usually got to after work. I got there before 1 :50 am. I realize that is late, but, when I normally get exceptional service from my usual Taco Bell, right until close, it was highly disappointing. What was more, all the lights were on, and I could see the employees moving about from the inside. This is a large corporation, if the branch says open till 2am, that is when it should be open. The whole point of sacrificing a certain level of quality, is for consistency and convenience. That is what I expect from a Taco Bell location. I will, of course continue going to my regular location, for the afore mentioned reasons. I caution everyone, not to trust that this location will live up to the standards set by Taco Bell. I know those standards are not quite the same as you would expect from a sit down restaurant, but they exist, and this location does not meet them.
