::Very expensive tapas restaurant. They even charge for bread! Service was okay but not overly attentive. I went with a friend for happy hour so I can't speak for the main entrees but the appetizer tapas were okay.

::Great Tapas. Wonderful bread and olive oil! Calimari soooo good.

::Taberna continues to be a treat, and one of the best Spanish restaurants in the area. At a private dinner Tuesday night in one of the best private rooms in the city the service was attentive and sensitive to our need to do some business. The cerdo dish was beautiful to behold and it was a treat to have such high quality ham. The bronzino and paella dishes looked inviting and those who had them were pleased. The decor could use some freshening, though I took this as a reminder of how long this place has been in operation and successful. Recommended.

::As a Spaniard this place is legit with professional staff who speak Castilian and serve authentic tapas. The decor is so wonderfully oldschool Spain and this is the default place to cheer on the Spanish national team during the World Cup. My only gripe is the price -- this is all really basic Spanish bar food and it's priced like a full entree. But you're paying for a slice of Spain to be transplanted 6000 km over the ocean so you get what you pay for.
