  This t-mobile needs new employees or a new manager with a better grip. If you are not “buying” anything they don’t want to help you. Even for simple things like a SIM card change. If they can lie about something so simple as not being able to change the SIM card just imagine what else they will lie about in order to get a sale.

  Got absolutely no help with my phone issues. I was told I needed a replacement phone, didn't believe that so I went to another t-mobile and was helped within minutes.

  If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst.experience.ever. I was told I couldn't get the ETF rebate b/c I didn't mention it before my transaction was started? Odd the manager did nothing, offered no assistance. Just horrible. Go to ANY other TMobile store but this one.
