  Bad customer service, i walked in and employee Sal was texting on his phone with headsphone on,took him a while to look up and greet me. He was on his phone the whole time while working on my account. Felt so uncomfortable that i left and went to a different store to get an upgrade.....

  I had an excellent experience at this location after being ignored and turned away by another location store #8773. Johnny and his team were extremely professional, helpful and extremely patient. Johnny explained the entire process of switching from one carrier to another and even helped us get our phones set up quickly. He took away the awkwardness of switching from a carrier to T-Mobile. We will definitely come back to him when it's time to upgrade our devices. It was a fun 3 hrs, lol!
