  horrible the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed in my life!!!! Every one of the representatives spent at least 35 to 40 minutes just horrible terrible the worst T-Mobile operation I've been to

  Talk about a lazy group of Associates! T-Mobile of Irvington NJ is the WORST! Love my T-Mobile bill.

  This Tmobile sucks. Their customer service is awful. Company reflects incorrect hours and then won't provide service when you come before the time. Don't go to them. They won't help you.
