::A bit of a late review but I went there for their promotional black Friday deal. I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S5 for an iPhone 7 (only had to pay tax). The thing is that the representative didn't do anything right. His name is Dan and I knew him from high school but I didn't think he'd stiff me as much as he did. First I had to convert to a T-Mobile one plan. He told me it costed $20 more a month but he lied. He also put everyone on my network to a T-Mobile one plan instead of a family plan so my monthly bill came out to be >$300 for 5 people out of no where. After numerous calls with corporate, I also find out he added the warranty charge that I told him I did not want. By then- I was charged for an iPhone warranty that was non-refundable for 4 months that I never approved of. When I called corporate, they tried to fix my bill and all but I was still stiffed out money from the warranty I did not want as well as having to go back and forth for three hours on the phone to get my bill to reflect the actual expense. I'm really upset that he did everything that I had asked him not to or did not approve and nothing was done to rectify the situation. Would not recommend going here as I won't again.
