  The new manager tyler is very unprofessional. He is rude to his staff in front of other customers. It was very awkward and the tension could be felt the moment walking in the store. Im not returning.

  Tyler was very unprofessional with customers and his staff. He should not be the store manager. This is the last time I go to that store or refer anyone there.

  The staff was not helpful. After customer service directed me to go to the store for help, the local staff said they could not help and then had ME call the national number to get the problem straightened out instead of them working it out with customer service.

  Rude,unprofessional and lazy staff. Especially the little short tattooed idiot that doesn't even know T-Mobile exchange policy,and was just too lazy to process the paperwork. My suggestion,go flip burgers because you suck at what you do now

  Very personable and helpful employees. I am a truck driver and needed a phone immediately and both employees working there helped me and went above and beyond their normal duties to do so. I have always liked T-Mobile service and it's good to know that I have a phone with good service and a store close to me with helpful employees.
