  These people have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS or experience!?? Who are these people that T-Mobile is hiring now? I've been a customer for almost15 yrs and I haven't seen the customer experience more WORSE!. I stood there waiting with no acknowledgment what so ever. Just horse play and loud music. I will definitely be calling corporate office to see what the hell is going on?? I won't be visiting that place again.

  Very bad costumer service...no even polit. Skinny white guy should be fired by T-Mobile

  I went here a few times and loved it but this last time they tried to get my credit card information and stated that it was new policy watch out they might be scamming people. it was the woman manager and a light brown skin guy w short hair so if you got T-Mobile you better off shopping online or a different store.

  Excellent staff. Everybody is very professional & actually really try their best to go out their way & help you until your 100% completely satisfied!
