::I went to this store and asked for help with my phone because I had a problem with it. But when I asked for help, the manager said he was short on workers to help me with this minor fix. I don’t believe this because I was the only customer there, and there were 3 employees available. Along with that, they were unfriendly and unwilling to help. I’ve been going to this store for over 10 years but now with this new management, I will not come back to this store.

::I went into this store and immediately realized it was under new management and staff. It is not the same team I've come to know over the past few years. I've been apart of the JUMP program since the initiation of the program and its release and I have never once had an issue when returning a phone. This was the first time I ran into a problem. Upon having my phone inspected, the sales associate SYED complained about the scuffs on the plastic back of the phone. Him and the manager said the back was cracked. The Back was NOT cracked. I even told the manager to please point to me where there was a crack and he could not. The manager ANGEL denied my return saying it was against Tmobile jump policy. I told him I know the policy VERY well and I informed him of the requirements to return the phone which was 1. To be in full operating condition 2. The screen must be free of any cracks or dings/imperfections and 3. The phone cannot be theft locked or anything like that. He proceeds to bring me a sheet when I asked for the policy which stated LITERALLY everything I just mentioned. At that point he just kept looking at me with a face denying my return. Needless to say, I went to a second nearby Tmobile store THE SAME DAY and was in and out in 15 minutes. The associate took one look at my phone and began the paperwork for the new phone IMMEDIATELY without me even requesting. The phone was FINE and OKAY to return as i stated. I've been doing the jump program for ages so I would know by now. In any case, this store needs some serious help. It needs training on customer service, had my phone been cracked or really damaged in any way I would be more understanding but it was NOT. If it was how could another store take it with no issues? What makes this the most ironic is I am typing this review on my brand new S9+ that I received from the other store. Thanks for nothing. I know you won't learn from this, But lets hope you do.

::Should be zero star. Very disappointed with new management I asked for Mr Joseph and new manager got mad, he was the best. this store is not the same. New team are rude, not professionals and not ready. Avoid this location. Call cust service since that is the only answer you got from them
