  Friendly staffs, awesome customer's service. They make sure to go through things with you clearly and even when there's misunderstanding, they'll fix it right on the dot and apologies for the inconvenience. Very professional, even if there are times angry and unsatisfied costumers come in, they keep their cool and fix it for them.

  This is the only T-Mobile I go to. They are a small store without a lot of the fancy and glamour but they remember you when you go in. They make everyone feel as if they are the most important customer. I also like the multiple languages that are spoken here. I have never heard of a customer leaving due to this store not having someone that speaks their language.

  Friendly store and staff. I have never liked the phone buying process but this is one of the better ones. Their staff was unfortunately not very knowledgeable about the hone specs.
